Chalmers Threepence 1783 PCGS AU55
This 1783 three pence coin is a rare example of early American coinage. Minted by John Chalmers, a Maryland Common Council member, these coins were never produced in a large quantity, and few survive, making this coin an exceptional piece of numismatic history.
